IntroductionVery spicy!! Very spicy!!
4 tilapia fillets
4 tablespoons non fat sour cream
1 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoons ground cumin
1 tablespoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
Place tilapia on a foil lined cookie sheet.
Spread sour cream over the top of each fillet.
Lightly sprinkle seasoning mix over fish.
Bake at *375 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Makes 4 servings.
Store the leftover spice mix in a cool dry place. It also works well on broiled chicken.
