    1 Can Beets (drained, chopped)
    1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1 Can Black Beans (drained, rinsed)

    1 Cup fresh Mushrooms, quartered
    1.5 Cups Dry Quick-Cook Barley
    1/2 Bag of Vegetable Spiral Pasta
    2 Cups of Vegetable Broth
    1 Tbsp salt
    1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    1 Tbsp Onion Powder
    1 tsp Black Pepper
