2 tbsp Olive Oil
Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cup 24 medium Shrimp
1 dash black Pepper
2 tsp fresh Thyme
3 cloves of Garlic
1-14 oz can Artichoke Hearts
4 fl oz White Wine
1/2 can (10.75 oz size) Chicken Broth
4 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese (optional*)

Right before you drop the pasta start to saute Garlic in Olive Oil. Add Artichokes, Pepper, Thyme and juice of half a Lemon. (3 min.) (drop pasta) Add White Wine and Chicken Broth. Bring to a bubble. (5 min.)
Slice remaining lemon and add slices to pan.
Add Shrimp and cook until pink. (2 min.)
Top Pasta with Shrimp, Artichoke and Sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Divide into 4 portions and Enjoy!
