Homemade granola bars

Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    Pecans, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1.5 cup, hulled
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 8 tbsp
    **Flax Seed, 8 tbsp
    Pumpkin Seeds, 0.5 cup
    Cashew Nuts, dry roasted , 1 cup, halves and whole
    *Pine Nuts, 0.5 cup
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 2 cup, cooked
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, 0.5 cup
    Honey, 0.5 cup
    Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 24 tbsp
    *Amport Foods Soy Nuts, 8 tbsp

Directions

Mix all nuts and half of chocolate chips
boil honey in microwave, add peanut butter and heat again.
pour over dry ingredients stir
quickly add rest of chocolate chips
spread evenly onto wax papered cookie sheet
chill
eat
