Ingredients

    2 Tbsp. Oat bran
    2 Tbsp. non-fat Greek yogurt
    1 Egg White
    Optional: baking splenda, flavored extract


Tips

This is part of the Dukan Diet, to be eaten once a day. Great to use as as a crepe with non fat sour cream or to wrap around an egg white omelet.

Directions

Mix Oat Bran, Yogurt and Egg white together in a bowl. Add tsp. baking Splenda. Optional: mix in a few drops of vanilla, maple, almond or any other kind of extract you like. Cinnamon is also good. Pour batter into Pam sprayed frying pan or griddle and cook on low heat until top is dry. Flip pancake and cook for another 2 minutes until bottom is slightly browned.
