    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2 lb (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 pack (2-1/2 lb) (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)(chopped up)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Campbell's Healthy Request, Tomato Soup, 2.5 cup (remove)
    *A1 steak Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 4 tsp (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove
    Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz

Directions

Put olive oil, onions and beef (chopped up) into a large stock put. Add desired seasoning and brown meat. add all other ingredients and extra pepper and garlic if desired. Bring to a boil and boil for 10-15 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer
for 30 - 35 minutes
