8 oz Fat Free Cream cheese
1/2 cup Slenda
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
Line pan with chopped pecans to make a crust.
Mix the other ingredients until well blended. Pour over pecans.
Bake in oven for 30-40 min until lightly brown around edges. Place in refigerator for a few hours until completely set.

I didn't like this recipe initially, but it tasted great after chilling overnight. I found that I had to triple the amount of pecans required to cover the base of my flan tin. I ground the nuts to make them more flour-like. I added 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa for a chocolate cheescake. Quite yummy! - 4/5/08
