Rice Casserole

Number of Servings: 16


    1 cup dry long grain white Rice
    1 - 10oz can low fat Cream of Chicken Soup
    2 cup boiling Water

    2 cup grated low fat Cheddar Cheese


Pour dry rice into pan. Pour soup over rice, spread evenly over rice.
Pour boiling water over rice & soup.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Stir and sprinkle cheese over the casserole. Return to oven for 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes a 9"x9" pan, 16 servings.
