oven fried chicken

Ingredients

    wash and dry chicken
    1/3 cup of mashed potato flakes
    add to taste spices
    adobe spice ,paprika, salt and pepper
    i use a plastic bag and add all ingredients and shake until chicken is coated.
    1 tablespoon canola oil bake at 375 for 20 minutes turn chicken and bake until done

Directions

this is 3 servings but my husband eats the breast and i get the thighs lol
