Ingredients

    * Shrimp, raw, 4 large
    * Blue Crab, canned, 6 oz
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 tbsp
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 tbsp
    * Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    * Hellmann's , Real Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp,
    * Olive Oil, 1/2 tbsp

Tips

You can put a small amount of water on the sizzle plate before putting in the oven. This helps to create steam to cook the shrimp and prevent them from sticking.


Directions

-Clean and chop the onion, and peppers.
-Saute in a small amount of oil, just until tender.
-Peel, devein, and butterfly shrimp.
-Place on a sizzle plate (metal plate that can go in the over) with a light coating of oil along the bottom.
-In a medium bowl, mix crab meat, cooked veggies, and mayo.
-Divide into 4 portions, form into ovals, and place over the shrimp.
- Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 450 for 5-10 minutes until done.
-Plate and serve.
