1-1/2 c raw walnut halves
1-1/2 c raw pecan halves
1 T coconut oil
1 T kosher salt
1 t Splenda™ brown sugar blend, packed
You could use any combination of nuts.
The "cook time" seems long ... but it's not work. Just put it in and stir it a couple times; otherwise ignore it!
Spread in a single loose layer on a baking sheet.
Cook at ~ 250°, turning several times and shaking up, until fragrant and slightly browned. Usually takes about an hour.
Cool well, stirring occasionally, then store in a sealed container at room temp.
