IntroductionTasty Pepperoni Lasagna! Tasty Pepperoni Lasagna!
*Pasta, Lasagna Noodles (whole grain), 28 oz
* Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 2 cup
* Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz
* Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
* Tomato Sauce, 5 cup
* Hormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni, 100 grams (or small package)
Prepare noodles per instructions on box. Heat sauce in separate pan (season as desired). Excluding one handful, chop all pepperoni into thirds. Spread tomato sauce on bottom of 13"x9" in. baking dish. (drain lasagna). Line bottom of dish with lasagna noodles. Layer ricotta, mozzarella, chopped pepperoni and tomato sauce. Add another layer of noodles and repeat. Add last layer of noodles. Top with sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan and remaining whole sliced pepperoni. Place in oven, bake for 20-25 mins. Enjoy!
