A frozen banana would make it thicker, I would skip the honey and add stevia - 8/22/12

This was very good. Loved the texture. My extened family are blueberry farmers and I have a lot of frozen in the freezer. Great application for these. I did freeze the banana ahead of time. I only put half of the honey and it was plenty sweet enough. - 9/27/12

I always add a scoop of protein powder to any smoothies I make so there is a better balance of carbs and protein. Doesn't change the taste. - 9/10/12

  • Use one cup Plain fat free Kefir in place of the cottage cheese and add one to two packs of stevia in place of the sweetener. This makes it more tangy and just as tasty - 11/29/12
