Introduction

Cooked like crock pot salsa chicken (from the spark people cook book) but with a pork tenderloin instead, with brown rice and green beans as sides. (Or rice mixed in if preferred) Cooked like crock pot salsa chicken (from the spark people cook book) but with a pork tenderloin instead, with brown rice and green beans as sides. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 16 oz
Sauce, Pace Picante Sauce, 6 serving
*Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cup
*Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cup

(I also seasoned the meat with the "taco seasoning" from the spark people cookbook, not included in calorie count)

Tips

whole brown rice would be healthier here, but I'm using what I have on hand.

Directions

cook the pork in the crockpot on low for 6 to 8 hours with the salsa poured on top.

About 20 minutes before you are ready to eat, start preparing the rice and beans according to the directions on the package.

Serving Size: 4oz meat, with .5 cup beans and .5 cup of rice.
