Ingredients

    - 1can of black refried beans
    - 1 pound (lb.) of ground beef
    - 2 cups Cheddar Cheese (or more, personal preference)
    - Salt and Pepper (pinch)

    Additional Suggestions (or toppings):
    - Sour Cream
    - Avocados (sliced or mashed with a splash of limon juice, salt, and a few drops of olive oil).
    - Onions (pre-cooked and added to meat-bean mix)
    - Salsa
    - For spicier burritos add taco seasoning or favorite spices.

Tips

Note: These Burritos have a freezer life of 2-3 months so make sure to date your freezer bags!

Directions

1. Cook on Medium-heat ground beef, adding a pinch of salt and pepper or any other spices you prefer at this time.
2. Skip to step 5 if you only want bean burritos.
3. When ground beef is fully cooked drain off the excess grease.
4. Continue cooking on Low and add into your skillet the refried beans, stirring until the mixture is evenly mixed.
5. Warm up tortillas in microwave (approx.20-30 seconds) so that they will not break when you roll them)
6. Spoon a couple of Tablespoons of the beef and bean mixture onto the middle of the Tortilla. If you want your burritos frozen with cheese, add now. Roll up your tortillas.
7. Continue until you either run out of the beef mix or tortillas...
8. Carefully place finished burritos into plastic ziplock freezer bags, making sure to squeeze out as much air as possible, and then place in freezer.

Now you are ready to enjoy a delicious snack whenever you want -- Just heat in microwave 1 minute on each side (med high power) and itīs ready to eat along with your favorite toppings!!

Serving Size: Makes 8 - 10 servings depending on tortilla size.
