Crustless Ham and Cheese Quiche

Introduction

Mix the eggs, milk, and Parmesan cheese together and set aside. Sprinkle the cheese in the bottom of the pie plate. Add the ham, broccoli, and onion. Pour the egg mixture over the other ingredients. Ingredients

    1 c. milk
    2 egss
    3 egg whites 3 Tbls Parmesan cheese
    8 -10 oz frozen chopped broccoli (defrosted and drained)
    1/2 c. lean ham
    1/2 c. low fat cheese
    1 Tbls. chopped onion

Tips

-You can use skim milk.
-I make my quiche without a crust because I just don't like crust. It also lowers the fat and carb content.
- You can add more cheese if you like. You can also use any cheese you want. Swiss is good. My family also like cheddar.
- You can use chicken or crab meat instead of ham.
Very versatile recipe.
