Nana's Fruit Smoothie

Introduction

Very fruity and delicious smoothie for breakfast or a snack..... Very fruity and delicious smoothie for breakfast or a snack.....
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Banana
    1 cup Sliced Fresh Strawberries
    1/2 cup Pineapple Tidbits in their own juice
    2 ozs Motts (or anybrand Unsweetened ) Applesauce
    1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
    8 ozs 1% milk
    1 cup Ice

Tips

You can any other fruit you like just make sure you add it in your calorie window so you will get the correct calories if you alter it....ENJOY!!!!


Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender .. Frappe them and then pour them out into 4 8oz containers with lids and Wa la... You have 4 breakfast Smoothies or breakfast and snack time..No sugar other than the natural sugars from the fruit..
