Ingredients

    *Helman's Mayonnaise, 1/3 cup

    *Minced Garlic, 2 tsp, 1 large clove, or to taste

    *Lemon Juice, 1 Tbsp

    *2 pita pockets cut in half

    *Romaine Lettuce (or other dark green), 8 leafs

    *Chicken, Carving Board Chicken Breast. Oscar Mayer, 9 oz package

    *Tomatoes, 2 medium whole chopped

    *BacOs Bacon Bits, 1/4 cup

Tips

work good as a pre-made meal or make when you want to eat.

Weight watchers points plus value 9; if you want to lighten up on the value you could always use low fat or fat free mayo but I think regular kind taste better.


Directions

Make Aioli: beat 1st 3 ingredients with wire whisk. Spread in each halved pita

Arrange lettuce leaves (1/tortilla) in each pita half. Evenly top each with chicken, tomatoes and bacon bits.

Enjoy!
