Ingredients

    1 green bell pepper chopped
    2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
    6 cloves garlic chopped
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    12 oz tomato paste
    29 oz tomato sauce
    29 oz tomato puree
    3 cans italian diced tomatoes
    1 can plain diced tomatoes
    2 tsp italian seasoning
    6 tsp splenda
    1 tsp beef soup base
    1 1/2 lbs ground turkey breast
    4 tbl grated parmesean and romano cheese

Tips

You can add all the ingredients and cook on low 6-9 hours if you prefer.


Directions

In a crock pot mix the tomatoes, sauce, paste, and puree until well blended. Add the vegetables and seasoning. Cook on high 3 hours. Fry the turkey, drain the grease, and add the turkey to crock pot. Stir in the parmesean cheese. Cook on high another 2 hours.
