My Meatloaf

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Ground Beef 93% Lean, 48 oz
    1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
    3 cans Diced Tomatoes (drained)
    1 can Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned (drained)
    4 large Eggs
    3 cups diced fresh Mushrooms
    4 tablespoons Garlic powder
    4 tablespoons Onion powder
    4 tablespoons black Pepper
    4 tablespoons table Salt

Tips

I make this large amount, and split it into three separate loafs, bake one and freeze the other 2.


Directions

Drain canned veggies.

Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl. Mix well, but don't over-mix or pack down.

Shape into loaf shape, or put into loaf pan, or free form on baking sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees F.

Bake in oven until done, baking times very. Do not over bake or under bake.

Serving Size: Makes 12 4 oz. servings, split into 3, 4 serving loafs.
