Carmelized Garlic Spread on Toasts

Ingredients

5 garlic cloves
1 oz tap water
1/4 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
2 oz mixed grain bread, slices thin
Directions
Fill saucepan 2/3 full of water and bring to boil. Add garlic and boil for 2 minutes, drain.
In the same pan, combine garlic, 1 oz water, honey, and oil, bring to a simmer. Cook over medium high heat until garlic is tender. Add cayenne pepper and dash of black pepper. Heat until garlic is golden.
In a food processor, pulse garlic mixture to a chunky spread. Spread on toasts and serve.
