Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 C Imitation Crab meat
    1 lb Mozzarella Cheese
    1 C Heavy Cream
    1 package large jumbo shells
    6 oz Greek yogurt
    1 oz Egg substitute
    1 small raw onion diced
    1 t old bay seasoning
    2/3 C chicken stock
    3 T garlic






Directions

Cook pasta shells. Combine half the cheese, old bay, and yogurt, with all the crab, and egg beaters. In a pan brown onion and garlic. Once browned add chicken stock, cream, remaining cheese, and yogurt. Cook until cheese melts. Meanwhile stuff shells and add to pot. Bake in 350 oven until bubbly and brow.
