Ingredients

    8 oz. fat free Vanilla Soy Milk
    1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
    2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Vanilla Torani Syrup
    2 Tablespoons Cranberry Sauce
    a few Ice Cubes

Tips


Directions

Whiz in blender till smooth. Top with Sugar Free Land o Lakes Whipped Cream and a dab more of Cranberry Sauce (I used storebought stuff but a quick Google search will give you some SF recipes), optional.
