Bulked Up Cranberry Shake

Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 scoop vanilla isolate protein powder
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp cranberry sauce
    5 cubes of ice
    1 Tbsp Cool Whip Free

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.

2. Pour into a tall glass and top with a dollop of Cool Whip


Serving Size: Makes 1 shake
