3 cups Daisy Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 cup mango nectar
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger root
3/4 cup diced mango
Step 2 Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart or larger ice cream maker. Freeze according to the manufacturers directions.
Step 3 For harder ice cream, freeze for 2 to 3 hours before serving in an air-tight plastic container.
