Like the expensive bars you can buy in a store. This is just one variation. Try it with dried cherries instead of prunes, almonds instead of walnuts...the variations are endless. Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    Dates, 1 cup, pitted, chopped (remove)
    Walnuts, 1 cup shelled (50 halves) (remove)
    Prunes, dried, .5 cup, pitted (remove)
    Coconut, sweetened, .5 cup (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)

Tips

Don't process the nuts too fine or you'll end up with a greasy mess.


Directions

Chop it all up in a processor, mould it, wrap in plastic and store in fridge.

Serving Size: Makes about 7 heaping 1/4 cup servings.
