Baked Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

    4 Tblsp Olive Oil
    2 Clove Garlic, minced
    1 1/2 cup Progresso Garlic & Herb Bread Crumbs
    1 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    2 tsp Dried Basil
    2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    40 oz Kirkland Chicken Tenders (About 20)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 13x9 baking dish.
2. In a bowl, blend the olive oil and garlic. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and pepper. Dip each chicken breast in the oil mixture, tehn in the bread crumb mixture. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, and top with any remaining break crumb mixture.
3. Base 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

Serving Size: About 4 ounces, or 2 chicken tenders
