Introduction

I found a version of this on healthyfitmom.com and edited it to fit what I like.
This tastes GREAT! For a low carb breakfast alternative to eggs!

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    175ml almond milk
    15g milled flaxseed
    0.5g Splenda
    0.5g Splenda

Tips


Directions

Mix milk and 0.5g (half tablespoon) of Splenda.

Warm in the microwave for about 2 mins.

Take out and add the flaxseed and 0.5g Splenda. Stir well and let sit for a couple of minutes to thicken. Keep stirring during setting time.

Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 1 bowl of porridge
