175ml almond milk
15g milled flaxseed
0.5g Splenda
0.5g Splenda
Tips
Directions
Mix milk and 0.5g (half tablespoon) of Splenda.
Warm in the microwave for about 2 mins.
Take out and add the flaxseed and 0.5g Splenda. Stir well and let sit for a couple of minutes to thicken. Keep stirring during setting time.
Enjoy!
