Quick Pumpkin Muffins

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. flour (White or wheat)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 (15 oz) can plain pumpkin
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt

Tips

may be topped with cinnamon-sugar before baking!


Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. pour into muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
