Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen mango berry blend (Market Pantry/Target)
    (or any blend of frozen fruit)
    1 cup organic non-fat milk
    1 tbsp blue agave nectar
    1 scoop whey protein



Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
A stir or two, and a little more milk/water may be needed for a smoother consistency.

Serving Size: Makes 2 8oz smoothies
