Directions

BLENDING CHEESES MAKES THIS SUPER CHEESEY, BUT CUTS DOWN ON THE FAT, AND INCREASES THE PROTEIN.

IN A SEPARATE BOWL, ADD FAT FREE RICOTTA, REDUCED FAT MOZZARELLA, PARMESAN, CREAM CHEESE AND SEASONING TO TASTE.

COAT A BAKING DISH WITH 1/2C OF SAUCE, THEN LAYER, NOODLES, RICOTTA CHEESE BLEND, THEN ADD A THIN LAYER OF PART SKIM MOZZARELLA. CONTINUE LAYERING, FINISHING WITH A LAYER OF SAUCE, AND MOZZARELLA ON TOP.

COVER WITH FOIL, AND BAKE 350 DEGREE OVEN, FOR 40 MINUTES. UNCOVER AND BAKE ADDITIONAL 10-15 MINUTES.
