Healthy Iceless Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Milled Flax Seed
    1/2 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
    Ocean Spray Diet Cranberry Juice
    1 Apple Diced
    1/2 C. Frozen Sweet Cherries (or any other frozen fruit you'd enjoy)

Directions

Put all ingredients is a blender/food processor (I have a Ninja single serving, magic bullet etc. will all work well). Blend. Drink. The Flax seed provides a stick to your ribs element along with a whole bunch of omega 3s and 6s.
