Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb ground turkey
    chopped onions to taste
    salt & pepper , mrs dash, chili powder to taste
    1 jar spagetti sauce
    1 can dark red kidney beans ( undrained)
    3 cups cooked whole wheat elbow macoroni ( drained)
    wet mustard
    brown sugar splenda to taste

Tips

Dont over cook macoroni as it will cook more in the sauce.


Directions

Brown turkey, onions, salt & pepper, chili powder
Add spagetti sauce, kidney beans and simmer a few minutes. Then add cooked macoroni ( not overcooked) brown sugar splenda and Mrs Dash and simmer to desired thickness

Serving Size: makes aprox 6 1 1/2 cup servings
