French Fries

Introduction

If you love fries, you will love the taste of these. If you love fries, you will love the taste of these.

Ingredients

    2 potatoes
    salt
    non-fat cooking spray

Directions

Take two large potatoes, wash, and peel. Soak the potatoes in ice water for about 5 minutes.
Slice the potatoes into very thin french fries. The thinner you can get them, the crunchier they will be. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Drain potatoes and place them onto baking sheet. Bake in 450 degree oven until crisp and brown. Salt to taste.
