    Flank Steak, 1 lb
    Broccoli, frozen, 453 grams
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    *White Rice, medium grain, 1 cup


Make sauce first & set aside.
Brown beef then add veggies.
Add sauce & stir fry.
