1 c. Aunt Jemima enriched yellow corn meal
1 c. all-purpose flour
4 T. sugar
4 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. canola oil
2 T. honey
In large bowl, combine corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add milk, egg, oil and honey. Beat until fairly smooth, about 1 minute.
Bake in greased or sprayed 8-inch baking pan 20-23 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
