Introduction

Cook the noodles in water. Brown the turkey sausage. Mix 2 jars of spaghetti sauce into the meat. Mix the ricotta cheese with 8oz of the mozzarella and 2 tsps Italian herbs. In a 9"x13" pan layer the meat sauce, noodles, and cheese mixture. Top with the last 4oz of mozzarella. Bake until bubbly, about 30 mins at 350. Cook the noodles in water. Brown the turkey sausage.
