1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup of chopped onion
5 tbsp of butter, divided
2 cups of soft bread crumbs
2 cans of cream-style corn (8 1/2 oz each)
1 can (11 ounces)whole kernel corn,drained
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2. Melt the remaining butter, toss with dry bread crumbs. sprinkle ove casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
Serving Size: makes 5 1 cup servings
