potato Soup

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    10 potatos peeled and chopped
    1 med onion chopped
    2 Cups milk
    6 tblsp margarine
    2 cups water


Directions

Boil Potatoes and Onion in pot of water
When tender drain all but about 2 cups of water off and add milk and margarine. Heat til warm.

Makes 10- 1 Cup servings
