Basic Green Smoothie Recipe
1 small Banana
1 cup Frozen Mango
1 cup Kale (sub Spinach, or other Greens)
1 tsp Wheat Grass Powder
2 cup Water
Makes 4 servings @ 63 cal
More goodness add one of the following:
1/2 cup Blueberries (frozen)
1/2 cup Peaches
1/2 cup Pineapple
1/2 cup Strawberries (frozen)
Place in Blender and Blend until SMOOTH. Pour into coffee cup add a straw and enjoy.
*Not sweet enough add sugar substitute.
