Mango-Pineapple MRP Smoothie

Introduction

Tastes just like one of my Grandma's desserts that she used to make around the holidays! I loved this. Tastes just like one of my Grandma's desserts that she used to make around the holidays! I loved this.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    - Mango: 1, fresh, cut in half and cut-up.

    - Clementine Orange: 1, fresh, peeled and cut-up.

    - Pineapple: 1, slice, cut-up.

    - Ice Cubes: 2-3, medium

    - Orange/Pineapple Juice Mixture: 8oz. or 240ml about 1 cup. * Or 1/2 c. Orange and 1/2 c. Pineapple, it will blend. *

    - Protein Replacement of choice (Vanilla flavored): 1-2 scoops, as per directed.


Tips

* You may stop half way through blending to stir the mixture and clean the blender just to make sure all the ingredients are blended evenly.*


Directions

After washing and prepping all your ingredients, place all of them into your blender or bullet. Blend well as so all the ingredients are well incorporated. Served in a chilled glass, with a straw and or bar spoon. ENJOY!

Serving Size: Yields: One - 16 to 20 oz. smoothie.
