Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    4-oz of cream cheese (reduced fat or normal)
    1 roll of Regular sausage (any brand will do)
    2 cans of refrigerated cresent roll dough (i like the seamless)
    cheddar cheese to your taste

Tips

i like to mix a little extra cheddar in with the sausage and cream cheese, but i like mine really cheesy.

you can also make a 2qt pyrex of it by using 2 rolls of sausage and 8oz of cream cheese.


Directions

put cream cheese in mixing bowl to start softening
preheat oven to temperature on cresent roll can
cook sausage on medium heat til done, drain
mix sausage and cream cheese
spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray
put one can of cresent rolls along bottom, sprinkle with cheddar
put sausage/cream cheese mixture over that evenly
sprinkle cheddar on top
put second can of cresent rolls on top
cook until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes)
