Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes w/ bacon and cheese

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cans cheddar cheese soup
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    8 med potatoes sliced
    12 fully cooked bacon slices, crumbled
    1 Cup cheddar cheese, sliced
    3 tbsp butter

Tips

I like to add some seasonings (like Mrs. Dash) to spark (get it, spark) up the recipe. Or use spicy cheddar cheese soup in place of the regular.


Directions

1. Combine soup and garlic powder in a small container.
2. Layer half the potatoes in a 3 1/2 or 4 qt. slow cooker, spray with cooking spray. Pour 1/2 the soup mixture evenly over potatoes. Repeat layering. Sprinkle cheese over top. Dot with butter.
3. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours. Let stand 10 min. then serve.
