3 tablesppons of olive oil
one stalk of celery (for salt) ,
2 peeled ,raw potatoes diced,
spices ( oregano, curry, cayenne pepper, all to your taste).
a half cup of catsup,
one boillion cube for each 2 cups of veggies.
water to cover veggies or use a chicken broth
1/2 cup or less, penne macaroni.
you can use any vegetable you like for a change of taste. It need the cayenne pepper and catsup if you want to lose weight (but for a sweeter taste add a tablespoon of honey, its my preference . Its not necessary. and if you dont like it too spicey you can use less cayenne and ginger or curry and oregano in its palce. Each has a different taste. (I love using all spices for a spicey soup!) But the main spice that needs to be in the soup is the cayenne pepper and oregano.
sir fry for a few seconds having cabbage on the bottom with onions, then add (one boillion cube for each 2 cups of veggies added to the pot), catsup and water to cover (or if you like you can use a chicken broth to cover) and bring to a boil, and boil for 10 minutes, then lower heat and add penna macaroni, and simmer for another 10 minutes til macaroni is cooked.
