Ingredients

Tuna, Canned in Water, 100g/ 4 oz
Green Beans (snap), 56 grams/2oz
Red Potato, 56 grams/2oz
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 5 inner leaf
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 plum tomato
Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained
Black Olives, 6 jumbo
Anchovy (anchovies), 4 anchovy
Red Onions, raw, 0.5 small
Basil, 5 leaves
Dressing
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
*Balsamic Vinegar, 2tsp
Directions
Steam or boil the potatoes and the beans until tender.
Meanwhile, arrange the lettuce leaves in a fan shape in the center of a dinner plate.
Make the dressing my mixing the oil and the balsamic vinegar. Set aside.
Slice the tomatoes lengthwise into querters
