Seasoned Hasbrown Potato Casserole

Introduction

Easy casserole, made with Betty Crocker Seasoned Skillet Hashbrown Potatoes (soaked). Easy casserole, made with Betty Crocker Seasoned Skillet Hashbrown Potatoes (soaked).

Ingredients

    Turkey Bacon, 9 slices (half a pack)
    Eggs, 6
    1 box Betty Crocker Seasoned Skillet Hashbrowns, soaked
    salt and pepper
    1/2 C. reduced fat cheese (I used sharp cheddar)

Directions

Soak hasbrowns until soft. Beat six eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cut up 9 pieces of turkey bacon into 1 inch or smaller pieces. Stir hasbrowns and turkey bacon together. Pour egg mixture over potatoes. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.

Serving Size: makes 8 3x3 squares
