Pam's Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

    1/2 Head Cabbage, Chopped
    6 Medium Onions,Chopped
    2 Medium Green Bell Peppers, Chopped
    1 Cup Scallions, Chopped
    1 Can V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium
    1 Pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    1 Bunch Celery, Chopped
    6 Medium Carrots, Chopped
    1 Can Green Beans, Drained
    1 Dash Black Pepper
    1-2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes

Directions

Combine all ingredients into stock pot. Add enough water to cover. Boil 10 minutes. Reduce to a simmer and continue to cook until vegetables tender.
