16 ounces chicken breast, shredded
1 cup potato, diced
2 cans mixed vegetables
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes (I use the ones with basil, garlic, and oregano)
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp garlic pepper
1 can 99% Fat free chicken broth
Add all ingredients into a crockpot and simmer on low all day long.
