3/4 cup milk (nutrition info is for 1% milk)
1 cup flour (nutrition info is for whole wheat flour)
1 cup any type of oats
2-1/2 t baking powder
3/4 t salt
3/4 t cinnamon (or you can add 1 t of mixed spices)
1/4 cup brown sugar
I add 1/2 cup craisins/goji berries, ╝ cup ground flaxseed and ╝ cup crushed almonds, along with an additional 1/4 cup of milk. This will add to the calorie count, but will make it even more delicious and healthy! And you will get 11-12 muffins instead. Don't overbake these muffins.
