IntroductionSlow cooker pork with potatoes, kidney beans, green beans and tomatoes. Slow cooker pork with potatoes, kidney beans, green beans and tomatoes.
Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Allspice, .5 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Lea & Perrin's, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup
Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Wash/scrub and quarter potatoes, add around pork.
Season with Allspice and black pepper.
Drain and add kidney beans.
Drain and add green beans.
Cover and set on Low.
Prior to serving, shred pork with electric mixer.
