3 cups chopped leek (stems and bulbs)
1 cup cubed red potatoes
1 cup chopped carrots
4 cups Swanson 99% fat free chicken broth
4 cups of water
1/2 cup 2% milk
Cook 25 minutes on medium heat (until vegetables are tender). Reduce heat, add milk. Let simmer 10 minutes.
Add fat free sour creme, salt, and pepper to taste.
